We would like to take this opportunity to introduce AMERICAN IRON WORKS and highlight our capabilities. Our principles have over 175 man-years of combined experience in the machinery, manufacturing and construction business.

Our capabilities include but are not limited to designing and manufacturing new state-of-the-art machinery systems, rebuilding and repairing existing machinery, managing construction of plant and machinery upgrades and Greenfield plant construction projects. Our specialties are machinery design, process line design and installation, including process controls, hydraulic systems and manufacturing of presses and dryers. We offer machinery inspection services to assist in routine maintenance planning, and preventive maintenance programs. We will provide a new resource for replacement parts for existing machinery of all makes. Our manufacturing facility in Tualatin, Oregon, incorporates full CNC Milling and Turning capacity. We can produce any part you may need. We use Wire and Sinker EDM, Multi-Axis Turning Centers and Milling Machines.

Our philosophy is to work discreetly with customers to understand their process and machinery mix, in order to make meaningful recommendations to improve up time performance and increase plant efficiencies. Also, to assist our customer’s in meeting environmental goals mandated by Federal and State regulators.

Competing in today’s difficult markets requires strong leadership and a vision that translates to increasing plant efficiencies. These efficiencies reduce production costs and increase profits. Our new company was conceived to help Plant Managers to form that vision and implement process and machinery improvements to achieve those efficiencies.
